As a small business owner finding her consultancy work growing rapidly, Khayshie needed a high-level website refresh, as well as a complete overhaul of her brand identity, to reflect her vibrant personality and showcase her skillset and service offerings.
The budget was modest as Khayshie was just starting out - and this was no problem, as I always aim to meet my clients where they’re at. A limited budget does not have to create a barrier to delivering on expectations and meeting your needs! It just means that we have to get more creative and focus on the key goals and outcomes.

We kicked off with a discovery call to chat in-depth about Khayshie’s goals, vision, and strategy for her brand. She wanted to be approachable, accessible, dynamic, and fun, and develop a brand identity that communicated her zesty personality whilst also making sure her clients felt supported and assured of her dependability.

We started with a discovery call to discuss the website strategy, goals, vision, and visual direction in depth.
Mock-ups of the homepage were designed as a starting point for the look and feel of the website, involving several rounds of feedback to refine the visual style.
Website content was drafted collaboratively, including copy, images, and flow.
Each page of the website was then designed in Adobe, getting final feedback on the user interface and layout.
Finally, the website was built in Squarespace using custom code to tailor it to our needs and tested page-by-page for user experience.

Once just a landing page and shop, the website now functions primarily as a digital resource hub rather than a promotional website, and user behaviour reflects this.
The ‘Resources’ page recorded 1181 page views in FY2025-26, second only to the homepage (1838 page views). Website users also actively engage with downloadable resources: tracked resource button clicks increased by 166% in FY2025-26 from the previous year. Website visitors come from over 50 countries: primarily Australia (65.5%) and the US (19.1%).
